Logos builds church for 1000 new Christians in Madagascar
52 LOGOS Bible students in Madagascar have been passing on God's word in four villages at the end of 2018. What hardly anyone expected: About 1000 people gave their lives to Jesus. Now the strong desire of these new Christians grew for a place of community, a church building.
Initially, 1000 square meters of land were available for this purpose. Despite the great poverty and lack of funds, the Christians donated 50 bags of cement. "We started a faith project and baptized the land 'Graceland', because only God's grace can fulfill the great desire of the Christians for a church, said Pastor Dauphin, head of the LOGOS Bible School. The approximately 10,000 euros needed are, in human terms, an almost unattainable goal.
This is also a faith project for LOGOS. However, it goes hand in hand with the LOGOS vision for 2019 that the coming year will be a year of building and preserving. In Genesis 2:15, God instructed man to cultivate and preserve the land given to him. What God has given is not necessarily a finished gift, but it may be guarded, protected and maintained.
In the meantime, the soil in Madagascar is already being worked, but the actual church construction will only be possible with your donations. Let us take this land, 'Graceland', together!

100 pastors equipped and released with authority of God
An estimated 80 percent of Madagascar's inhabitants are involved in ancestral worship, sorcery, witchcraft and occultism. Even Christians and even pastors practice such practices because they have no teaching about the devastating effects. The LOGOS Mission conducted a seven-day pastoral and deliverance seminar for 100 pastors on this fifth largest island in the world.
Main speaker Heinrich Floreck reports: "From the beginning we experienced the strong work of God. It was a great victory! Our goal was to empower the participants through our teaching, teaching materials, and personally experienced testimonies, to free people around them from occult practices and to further their understanding of God's Word."
